Christa Rae is a nature led somatic guide, death-doula, singer/songwriter, grief educator and forever student of our beautiful mother earth. Her journey of cultivating self-worth, prioritizing presence, and honouring pain and adversity as her greatest teachers has led to a powerful facilitation and coaching style which is grounded in deep embodied wisdom, and relational presence.
She believes strongly that our felt sense of belonging and enoughness is our birthright; that healing is not a destination we strive for but a remembering we soften into. Her mission is to help guide others on this journey back to their heart's wisdom and wholeness.

As a white settler I respectfully acknowledge that I reside as a guest upon the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the interior Salish peoples, in particular the Sinixt. The Sylix or Okanagan Band to the West, the Secwepemc or Shuswap to the North and the Ktunaxa or Kootenay to the East. I also acknowledge and will forever grieve that colonialism has attempted to erase indigenous histories and knowledge from our landscape and culture. I will do all I can to tread gently and graciously on this beautiful land and to re-connect with the wisdom of its original inhabitants.
