Hi, My name is Christa Rae Rebman.

My experience as a Death Doula, accompanying those through the dying and grieving process has greatly influenced my desire to squeeze every drop out of this beautiful life and to support others in doing the same.

As a singer-songwriter and a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator I aspire to bring a grounded, heart-centred presence to every encounter and to support you in slowing down and remembering your wholeness and innate worthiness. I want love, warmth, and belonging to be felt through every word I speak, teach, and sing.

This life is so precious. Together, let’s drop from head to heart; worry to trust; overwhelm to peace. Let’s prioritise presence, gratitude, and connection. Let us not miss the magic.
