Christa Rae finds immense joy and purpose in creating containers that honour our grief, our diversity, and our innate longing for inclusion and belonging. She weaves her passions for somatic healing, parts work, being in nature, breathwork and music into unique offerings where the collective wisdom of the group can greatly amplify the potential for healing and remembered belonging and wholeness.
Her signature workshops include ....
Holding Space for Grief - A holistic approach on how to support yourself, your loved ones and your community through life's losses. This workshop is used to train hospice volunteers in the art of grief tending, but is suitable for anyone with a beating heart.
The Embodied Raver - Designed to provide usable tools to use on and off the dancefloor to support the nervous system and enhance one's ability to connect fully to self, to others, to the land, and of course the music. The Embodied Raver is a full energetic reset for an intentional, heart-centred festival experience.
Rooted Belonging - Rooted Belonging is steeped in the belief that becoming whole and healed is not a destination that you strive for but a remembering you soften into. Through somatic practices such as mindfulness meditation, gentle breathwork, grounding, orienting and resourcing, participants will be gently guided into the felt sense of belonging, wholeness and enoughness.
You can find Christa leading group events around BC, online, and at various events and festivals throughout the year such as Shambhala Music Festival, Enliven Wellness Festival, Wicked Woods and Root and Rise Spring Wellness Retreat.
