Christa Rae is nature led somatic guide, death-doula, singer/songwriter, grief educator and vocal magic, heart medicine creator. Her journey of cultivating self-worth, prioritizing presence, and honouring pain and adversity as her greatest teachers has led to a powerful facilitation and coaching style which is grounded in deep embodied wisdom, and relational presence.
She believes strongly that our felt sense of belonging and enoughness is our birthright; that healing is not a destination we strive for but a remembering we soften into. Her mission is to help guide others on this journey back to their heart’s wisdom and wholeness.
